Day 1
Friday | Arrival in St. Petersburg. Transfer from the airport to the hotel, accommodation. Panoramic city tour - all major city highlights in the course of three hours tour including visits to St. Isaac's Cathedral - the forth highest cathedral in the world with breathtaking design, and Peter & Paul Fortress - the first building of the city, the burial place of all Russian Emperors. Free time. |
Day 2
Saturday | Breakfast. Excursion to the town of Pushkin (former Tsarskoye Selo) - a tour to the Catherine the Great Palace and a park ensemble; a visit to the Lyceum, which was attended by the Greatest Russian poet Alexander Pushkin. * Yusupov Palace tour - the richest of non-imperial of St. Petersburg, which was home of powerful Yusupov family and known as the palace of mysterious assassination of notorious Rasputin. * Evening performance - Folkshow with fourchette at Nikolaevsky Palace. * Transfer to/from the performance. |
Day 3
Sunday | Breakfast. Excursion to the Hermitage Museum - one of the major museums in the world. Its collection consists of nearly three million art treasures. Exhibits are displayed in the world famous Winter palace as well as the Small, Old and New Hermitages. Free time. |
Day 4
Monday | Breakfast. Airport transfer. Departure from St. Petersburg. |
