Free day, rest, walks on vicinities, if desired it is possible to climb the mountain and to see the magnificent panorama of the valley Biy-Khem.
After the dinner there will be a performance of traditional Tuva throat singing - "khoomei" (extra pay).

Excursion to Kyzyl, the capital of Tuva, visiting the Geographical Centre of Asia – the symbol and the most attractive sight of the city. Built in 1964, the obelisk represents a big sphere, on it as on the globe, contours of continents are marked, Tuva is specially noted and Kyzyl is indicated.
Visit to the Buddhist temple Visit to the Buddhist temple where the tourists will hear sermon of lama. Then a visit to the National Museum of Tuva. Lunch in the restaurant, where the traditional dishes of Tuvan cuisine are cooked specially for the guests.
The main part of the daily program is a visit to the Shaman clinic, acquaintance with shamans, introduction in practice of rituals and ceremonies. Ritual “kamlaniye” is made mainly with the purpose of healing people, less often on the grounds of failures, in case of loss of cattle, fortune-telling, etc. Shamans are very concrete people, and will not make “kamlaniye” (communication s with spirits) abstractly, without a specific purpose and once disturb spirits for no reason.

Breakfast. Departure to the south side to the village Arzin. The group will have a great opportunity to get acquainted with the family of a real cattleman-nomad. Acquaintance with their life, their way of living impresses greatly.

A night ceremony of “kamlaniye”. As a rule the ceremony is spent at night either within several nights in yurt near the inflamed fireplace or on a sacred place near the fire at presence of a large number of people. The shaman lets out cries to the accompaniment of drum, imitating the cries of crow or cuckoos. These birds give the shaman ability to compose his songs. Then the shaman sits down a back to the fire or to the present people, gently and evenly knocks in tambourine and has a conversation with the erenami.
Finally he conjures away the malicious spirits or says that case is hopeless. Anyway he makes gifts to the spirits-assistants. To make this he sprinkles milk by a special blade in 4 parts of the world and burns aflame the bits of meat and bread. Then, the food is being tasted by the people present.

After breakfast - departure to the mountain Kezheghe (male pigtale), having form of a ring in the center of which a streamlet runs. Inside you can see several stone altars with porcelain statuettes. This sacred patrimonial place is situated several km from Mongolia. Shamans consider this mountain to be the main Protector. Many legends are made by the locals, who visit it with much care and respect not to disturb the spirits.
Kamlaniye. Picnic.
Towards evening arrival on the lake Tere-Khol, one of the most beautiful but hard-to-reach lake (70km). Sandy coast, crystal water and virgin beauty are waiting for you. Our route goes near Ubsunur basin. Arrival on the lake, camping. Swimming, evening bonfire.
The gifting ritual for the Source Spirit.
The ceremony of “kamlaniye” of a shaman is connected with achievement of two purposes: ceremonies of treatment and cult ceremonies such as a cult of fire, mountains, sacred trees, some patrimonial patrons. In all cases “kamlaniye” passes approximately under the same scheme: purification - calling of corresponding spirits - search of the reason of illness or cult consecration - exile of hostile spirits – fortune-telling about the outcome of “kamlaniye” or about the destiny of people who present there - leaving of the shaman.

After breakfast – return to Kyzyl. On the way a stop at the place where one of the biggest barrow with an outer ring is situated (350 km). One can see a deer-stone with the images of flying deer near the barrow. These monuments are called “khereksur” and can be translated from Mongolian as “Kirgiz’s nest”. Other peculiarities of these historical places will be told during excursion. Arrival to Kyzyl, lunch in the restaurant. Arrival to the yurt complex “Biy-Khem”, dinner, evening fire.

Kyzyl. Local shaman received such famous guests as V.Putin and S.Shoygu. Accompanied by him the group goes to a mineral spring “Argolic” (90 km). Picnic.
