MOSCOW KREMLIN & KREMLIN CATHEDRALS – the Kremlin has always been perceived as a symbol of power and might of the vast Russian lands. Each era of Russian history left it’s architectural mark on the Kremlin; within the Kremlin walls there are many architectural monuments, churches, cathedrals, museums, etc.

TRETYAKOV STATE GALLERY – This remains one of the world’s largest museums, a treasure house of old Russian art from the 11th century up through the present. The gallery bears the name of its founder, Pavel Tretyakov, a wealthy Russian manufacturer and patron of art. Now the Tretyakov Gallery holds more than 50,000 works of painting, graphic art and sculpture.

ARBAT STREET - walking along the most famous pedestrian area in Moscow which deservs the title of Moscow Monmartre. A lot of diffrent cafes, antique shops and stands with traditional Russian gifts and souvenirs are situated here. Numerous artisans and painters display their works just in the street.

MOSCOW SYNAGOGUES – This tour is designed to help you become acquainted with Jewish life, history and culture in Russia. Moscow joins tens of other Russian Jewish communities with thousands, sometimes hundreds of thousands, of Jews. Moscow has five synagogues, several day schools, yeshivas, Jewish institutions, a kosher restaurant and the increasing availability of kosher meat and food products.

JEWISH THEATRE SHALOM - This theatre, which used to be called the Jewish Drama Ensemble, got its official status in 1988. Modern comedies and musicals are staged almost every night. Performances are usually held in Russian & Yiddish with simultaneous translation into English. Arkady Khait is the main playwriter.

ST. PETERSBURG CITY TOUR – St. Petersburg was built on numerous islands, and is considered to be one of the most beautiful in the world. On this tour you will see all the major city highlights in the course of a 3-hour tour, including a visit to the Peter & Paul Fortress, the first building of the city and once a prison for revolutionaries and now the burial place of Russian Emperors.

HERMITAGE MUSEUM - The Hermitage Museum ranks among the world’s major museums. Its collection consists of nearly 3 million art objects including West European art, the Antique world, Primitive culture, Oriental culture and art, the history of Russian Culture and coin and currency collections. Exhibits are displayed in the Winter Palace, as well as the Small, Old and New Hermitages.

PETRODVORETS – Visit one of the major palace-and-park complexes in the suburbs of St. Petersburg, the most sumptuous of the Imperial residences. This magnificent architectural ensemble, overlooking the Gulf of Finland, is known for its stately parks with marble statues of gods and heroes, numerous palaces and pavilions, and breathtaking fountains.

ST. PETERSBURG GREAT CHORAL SYNAGOGUE – This is the second largest synagogue in Europe and the center of local Jewish life in St. Petersburg. It is a spectacular building with a Moorish design which was constructed in the last quarter of the 19th century. The synagogue has just received a facelift, though some works are still under way.

*MOSCOW CIRCUS - There are two wonderful circuses in Moscow: the Old and the New ones. Both of them attract children and adults from all over Russia and are very popular with foreign guests. Circus shows usually include acrobats, jugglers, bears, dogs, lions, clowns, trapeze, hula-hoops, balancing acts, an illusion show and more.

*HERMITAGE THEATRE - commissioned by Catherine II, the Theatre was built from the design of the architect Giacomo Quarenghi in 1783-1787. The building is notable for the balance of architectural forms and is a beautiful example of the Russian Classicism. On its stage one of the best St. Petersburg performances take place.
